I've got some wall construction going on here...

[Base: Revlon Mad About Mango Stamping: Australis Settle Petal, Born Pretty BP-13] |
I don't know why but I keep seeing red bricks laid out to make a wall when I look at this mani. It's probably the pattern and the colours used.

The base chosen is Revlon's Mad About Mango, which is a scented nail polish that smells nice but is rather incorrectly named. It's nowhere near mango-coloured. It's closer to a coral shade, really. I then stamped with Australis' Settle Petal, which is the palest of pink shades. It's not officially a stamping polish, but something about its consistency makes it a great, somewhat translucent, stamping polish. You can see from the first photo that the stamped lines are a little tiny bit non-opaque.

Then we have the stamping plate from Born Pretty, which is BP-13. The stamping pattern I used is the only one that got its own spotlight. :P The stamping plate was great. Easy to stamp with good sized patterns on the plates.

Overall, I was really happy with this effect. And the amazing part? It's actually a work appropriate mani. :D
